Unlike physical goods, source code and digital files cannot be "returned" once they have been downloaded. By completing a purchase and accessing the digital file, you acknowledge and agree that you waive your right to a refund or cancellation.

2. Compatibility and Expectations

It is your responsibility as a developer or user to ensure that our scripts and plugins meet your requirements before purchasing. We provide clear technical descriptions and requirements on every product page. We do not issue refunds because you lack the technical knowledge to implement the code or because your hosting environment is incompatible.

3. Exceptions

Exceptions to this policy are made strictly at our discretion, typically only in the event of a critical, unresolvable flaw in the code that prevents it from functioning as advertised, provided you have contacted support and allowed us a reasonable timeframe to provide a fix.
