1. Digital Delivery Only

DPMLA operates strictly as a digital marketplace. We do not ship physical products. There are no shipping fees, transit times, or physical delivery tracking associated with any purchase on this platform.

2. Instant Access Timeline

Delivery of your digital assets is completely automated and occurs instantly upon successful payment verification. The standard timeline for delivery is immediate (within seconds of Razorpay confirming the transaction).

3. How to Access Your Purchase

Once your payment is complete, you will be automatically redirected to your secure Client Dashboard. From there, you can view your order history and click the "Download Latest Version" button to retrieve your .zip file directly to your local machine.

4. Technical Delivery Issues

If your payment is deducted but the asset does not appear in your dashboard due to a network interruption or webhook delay, please contact support@dpmla.com immediately with your Razorpay Payment ID. We will verify the transaction and manually provision access to your account within 24 hours.
